SHIPPING POLICY

For All European destinations the cost of shipment is Free.

For the rest of the World  shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the destination. You can see the exact shipping cost before you complete your order.

 

  1. DELIVERY TIME

Depending upon the availability of product in stock, MarkEyewear guarantees that your order will leave the warehouse as quickly as possible - from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 12 working days.

How is this time calculated?

Along with product availability, we must also take into account the time required to manage an order. Orders made using online payment (credit card , PayPal and Bank transfer) with Express Courier delivery have the fastest processing and delivery time.

Types of payment and delivery methods can affect the shipping time. For example, orders with deferred payment (such as bank transfer) may affect the shipping date by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Once you have placed your order and selected your payment method, we process your order and give the goods to the courier for delivery to your door.

Express Courier: the fastest delivery because the carrier picks up your goods directly from our warehouse and delivers them to your door.

  1. DELIVERY TIPS

- You can check by yourself the status of delivery with tracking number on the courier web site.

- If you are not present when the courier comes, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. Please contact the courier to establish another delivery date.

If this fails, MarkEyewear will be notified by the courier. We will then notify you by email that the parcel is being held in courier storage. It will remain there for a maximum of 10 days.

After that, it will be automatically returned to MarkEyewear. In this case MarkEyewear refund you the purchase amount minus the return and extra costs that will value time by time.

- Check that the correct number of packages is indicated on the transport document.

- Check that the package is intact and not altered (this includes the sealing or closing strips).

- Before signing for the delivery, write,"SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS DUE TO (tampering, breakage, damage, etc)” if you notice anything wrong with the condition of your package.

- Report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods.

  1. DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT


Before activating the procedure described below, we advise you to check your package online by tracking received on your e-mail address at the time of shipment and contacting the reference courier for further details and information.

In case of delay or non-delivery of the purchased product over 30 days, you can cancel the order by sending a request to MarkEyewear (order@markeyewear.com).

Upon receipt of the request and carried out the various controls of the case, within 30 days, the Seller will refund the price of the purchased products.


RETURN POLICY

MarkEyewear wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on this website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back, please make sure that all the following conditions have been met.

The product you wish to return:

- Can be sent back only after you contac us by email and receive our delivery-back details.

- Must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received;

- Must have all labels and tags still attached and intact;

- Must be returned complete with all parts and accessories;

- Must be sent in its original packaging;

- Must be shipped back to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of request the return of your merchandise;

- Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned together.

If all of these conditions are met, MarkEyewear will refund in any case, for any kind of lenses you bought, the value of € 129,00. We will not refund the value of extra coast for special lenses (index 1.6 and index 1.67). We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. If you are not entitled to a refund, within seven (7) days of notification you may request that the merchandise be returned to you at your own expense, and in the condition in which it was received by the MarkEyewear warehouse.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within the seven (7) day period, you authorize MarkEyewear and any of its affiliates or agents to dispose of the merchandise as it sees fit.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Depending on the refund policy of the credit card, your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return, or two months for payments made by debit card. To avoid interest charges to your account, please make sure that the credit date coincides with the original debit date. PRODUCTS DESIGNATED AS NONRETURNABLE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

COURIER

You can ship your return by our designed courier that we will manage for you. You must send the return at our expense. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to improperly returns.

EXCHANGES

WE OFFER ONE EXCHANGE ON MERCHANDISE BOUGHT ON THE MARKEYEWEAR.COM WEBSITE. You can change the color of the frame, same style. When we recive back your glasses for exchange, we will send the new one to your address and we debit you the shipping cost.

MarkEyewear MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED DECLARATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE WEBSITE, NOR TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MarkEyewear DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. THIS INCLUDES (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE CONTAINED IN THE MarkEyewear ORDER CONFIRMATION. Markeyewear WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

FORCE MAJEURE

MarkEyewear not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
